Automatic Logging

Don't forget to download the Tracker Client. It is the only way to log jobs automatically while you drive, sync your real-time speed, and update your Discord presence.

FAQ
What is VTC Systems?
A toolkit for Virtual Trucking Companies. We make landing pages and a hub to keep drivers, jobs, and events in one place — instead of scattered across Google Sheets and Discord pins.
Is the Tracker Safe?
Yes. The client is open-source and only reads telemetry data from the game (speed, location, cargo). It does not access personal files.
Can I join multiple VTCs?
The system supports one active VTC profile per Discord account to ensure accurate leaderboard tracking. You must leave your current VTC to join another.
Does it work with ProMods?
Absolutely. The tracker detects your coordinates regardless of the map mod. Locations may just show as "Unknown" if they are not in our city database yet.
How do I rank up?
You earn XP for every kilometer driven. Attending official convoys grants bonus XP. Check the 'My Stats' page to see your progress towards the next level.
I found a bug
Please report any issues via the 'Driver Support' ticket system in the Extras section. Include screenshots if possible.
Customize Profile
Click on your avatar in the bottom left corner of the dashboard to open settings. You can select featured achievements and your country flag.
Why is the Community plan free?
Every VTC deserves a proper start, not just the ones with money. The Community plan stays free. The project runs on donations from people who find it useful and want to support it.
Do I need to know how to code?
Not at all. We handle setup, hosting, and maintenance. You get a working dashboard. If something breaks, we fix it.
Where is it hosted?
Frontend on Netlify. Database on MongoDB Atlas. Both encrypted, global CDN.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. If you own a domain we configure DNS for you. You only pay the registrar.
How does the tracker work?
Our desktop app runs alongside ETS2/ATS. It reads game data in real-time and sends it to your VTC Hub. It also handles your Discord Presence and job logging.
Glossary

Key terms and acronyms used throughout the VTC Systems Hub and the virtual trucking community.

VTC
Virtual Trucking Company. A group of players driving together in Euro Truck Simulator 2 (ETS2) or American Truck Simulator (ATS).
TMP
TruckersMP. The popular multiplayer modification for ETS2 and ATS, allowing players to drive together on shared servers.
LOA
Leave of Absence. An authorized period of time off from driving duties or VTC activity, typically requested by a driver and approved by staff.
Telemetry
Real-time game data. Information such as speed, location, cargo, and job progress that is extracted directly from the game.
Tracker Client
The desktop application that runs alongside ETS2/ATS to automatically log jobs, update Discord presence, and send live telemetry data to the VTC Hub.
Hub
The VTC Systems Hub. Your company's dedicated web dashboard for managing drivers, jobs, events, and more.
RPC
Rich Presence. A Discord feature that allows applications (like the Tracker Client) to display detailed information about a user's activity in their profile status.
ETS2 / ATS
Euro Truck Simulator 2 / American Truck Simulator. The simulation games developed by SCS Software that VTC Systems supports.
