What is VTC Systems?

A toolkit for Virtual Trucking Companies. We make landing pages and a hub to keep drivers, jobs, and events in one place - instead of scattered across Google Sheets and Discord pins.

Why is the Community plan free?

Every VTC deserves a proper start, not just the ones with money. The Community plan stays free. The project runs on donations from people who find it useful and want to support it.

Do I need to know how to code?

Not at all. We handle setup, hosting, and maintenance. You get a working dashboard. If something breaks, we fix it.

Technical

Where is it hosted?

Frontend on Netlify. Database on MongoDB Atlas. Both encrypted, global CDN.

Can I use my own domain?

Yes. If you own a domain we configure DNS for you. You only pay the registrar.

Logistics & Telemetry

How does the tracker work?

Our desktop app runs alongside ETS2/ATS. It reads game data in real time and sends it to your VTC Hub. It also handles your Discord Presence and job logging.

Is it compatible with Promods?

Yes. The tracker is map-independent. It works on Promods, TruckersMP, and any other map mod.

How do I report a bug?

Open a ticket in our Discord under #support. We track issues daily.

Can I request custom features?

Yes. Custom development is available as a paid add-on for Supporter and Elite tiers.
